Compliance Requirements

- The bidder shall identify the generic device name, specific type or variation, intended level of use, clinical department, and functional purpose so the Hospital Administration/Procurement/Biomedical Dept can confirm the offered device matches the actual service need.
- The bidder shall list utility requirements, environmental operating/storage limits, accessories, consumables, spare parts, packaging/labelling requirements, applicable standards, regulatory approval/certification, and decommissioning/disposal cautions.
- Bidder must provide documents for the exact offered model, supplied configuration, software version, accessories, and country-specific supply scope.
- Bidder must identify applicable standards, approvals, certificates, local installation requirements, safety documentation, and any limitations of the supplied evidence.
- The hospital shall verify local regulatory, accreditation, radiation, electrical, infection-control, and import requirements before award where applicable.
Warranty Requirements
- State warranty duration and start trigger: delivery, installation, commissioning, or final acceptance.

- TCO is dominated by scope repair, replacement scopes, valves, adapters, reprocessing chemistry, loaner availability, downtime, and warranty exclusions for fluid or handling damage.
