Information we may collect
Biomedical Equipment Guide may collect information that users voluntarily submit through contact forms, RFQ download tools, vendor directory requests, consulting inquiries, correction requests, and AI-assisted specification or FAQ tools.
The site should not be used to submit patient-identifiable information, confidential clinical records, personal health information, or legally sensitive tender documents through ordinary web forms.
Data categories and purpose
| Area | Examples of information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Contact inquiries | Name, work email, organization, topic, message | Respond to inquiries, corrections, RFQ review requests, and consulting questions |
| RFQ downloads | Name, work email, organization, country or region, project stage, timeline | Generate editable RFQ files locally and support follow-up review requests |
| Vendor directory requests | Company name, contact email, country or region, equipment or service scope | Review supplier listings and categorize vendor capabilities |
| AI tools | Prompt text, selected equipment, hospital type, budget level, generated response metadata | Generate draft specifications, answer procurement questions, control abuse, cache repeated requests |
| Analytics | Page visits, device/browser data, referrer, search performance, approximate location where available | Understand site performance, improve content, monitor indexing, and measure user interest |
RFQ downloads and local file generation
RFQ template pages can generate editable RFQ drafts and compliance matrices in the user's browser. The generated files are intended as working procurement documents. The file generation itself does not require uploading the RFQ content to a server. If a user chooses to request review by email, the email content is handled by the user's email client and the recipient mailbox.
AI-assisted tools
The AI RFQ Assistant and Specification Generator may use abuse protection, rate limits, email capture, captcha-style checks, request caching, and short-output limits. Repeated questions may be cached to reduce unnecessary AI requests. Users should not submit patient-identifiable information, confidential tender documents, credentials, proprietary service manuals, or sensitive legal information into AI prompts.
Analytics, Search Console, advertising, and cookies
The site is prepared for Google Analytics, Google Search Console, advertising, and future AdSense-style monetization. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to understand traffic, page performance, device/browser information, referrers, and content usefulness. Google Search Console helps monitor indexing, search visibility, technical search issues, and search performance.
Advertising and analytics integrations should be configured according to applicable consent, cookie, and privacy requirements for the deployment region. Users may be able to control cookies through browser settings or consent tools if implemented.
How information may be used
Submitted information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested downloads or review follow-up, improve content, prioritize equipment pages, manage vendor directory submissions, protect AI usage limits, detect abuse, or administer future subscription or consulting workflows.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, analytics, search performance monitoring, email, captcha, AI generation, advertising, CRM, downloads, or future payment/subscription features. Service provider use should be limited to the purpose for which the tool is configured.
Retention
Inquiry and vendor request records should be retained only as long as needed for response, service improvement, directory review, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or business administration. AI request logs and cached answers should be kept no longer than necessary for abuse protection, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and improving repeated-question handling.
User choices
Users may request correction or deletion of submitted contact information where applicable by emailing monotechtraders@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained if required for security, legal, accounting, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when new tools, forms, analytics services, advertising services, subscription workflows, or AI features are added. The review date at the top of this page should be updated when material changes are made.
